Terms of service

Nutreps is not yet released; these terms describe the app at launch, not a claim that every previewed feature is currently available.

Provider, scope and acceptance

Nutreps — the Nutreps brand — provides the app and website. The operator’s legal name, country and correspondence address have not yet been published. These details must be supplied before launch. Contact support@nutreps.com. Read the privacy policy. Accepting these terms does not substitute for separate health or AI consent.

Eligibility, age and account access

You must be 18 or older. Keep access to your device and linked Apple, Google or email login secure. An unlinked anonymous account may be impossible to recover if its session is lost. Do not share accounts or impersonate others. Contact support for suspected unauthorised access.

What Nutreps provides; pre-release features

Nutreps brings food logging, workouts, weight trends and progress into one app. Previews show illustrative interfaces and fictional data. Features, platform availability and release timing may change before launch. On-device form analysis and equipment recognition are optional launch features subject to validation; no claim is made that they recognise every movement or machine.

Health limitations and estimates

Nutreps is a tracking and estimation tool, not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a qualified professional before changing diet or exercise when you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an eating-disorder history. Stop exercise if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual breathlessness and seek appropriate help.

Photo portions, calorie values, barcode records, weight suggestions, form cues, adaptive targets and Kilo answers can be wrong. Check before saving or acting. Database-derived values and AI-only estimates are distinguished where shown. No specific weight change, injury prevention or perfect form is promised. You decide what to eat and how to train.

Free limits, rewarded ads and Premium

Free use includes limits shown in the app before using the feature. If cloud AI is unavailable or quota is exhausted, use manual logging. Optional rewarded ads may provide additional uses after you choose to watch; no health data is sent to advertising providers. Premium includes Kilo and the features stated at purchase. We do not promise unlimited AI use.

Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, restoration and refunds

The store purchase sheet shows the price, currency, taxes where applicable, billing period and any trial before you agree. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled under the store’s stated timing. Manage or cancel through your Apple/Google subscription settings; deleting Nutreps or your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal, with access for the already-paid period subject to store rules and applicable law.

Use the app’s restore-purchases option with the purchasing store account; contact support@nutreps.com if entitlement is missing. Request refunds using the relevant store process or contact us for assistance. Apple/Google process store payments, but Nutreps remains responsible for its own service and applicable obligations. Mandatory withdrawal, refund and consumer rights are unaffected.

Your content and shared product catalog

You retain ownership of your logs, photos, recipes and posts. Grant only the permission needed to store, process and display them for the service and your chosen sharing. Do not submit content you lack the right to use. Shared barcode facts may be used in Nutreps by other users without publishing your name. Personal links are removed on account deletion; genuinely non-personal catalog facts may remain. Third-party catalog licences continue to apply.

AI features and permitted use

Cloud AI requires a separate sharing choice; see AI & data. Do not submit unnecessary identifying details, other people’s private information or unlawful content. Check outputs; they do not replace professional judgment. AI providers may restrict unsafe or abusive requests, and outputs may be incomplete. Opting out of cloud AI leaves manual entry available.

Community rules, reporting, blocking and moderation

Community participation is optional and requires a linked account and community terms. No illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, impersonating, infringing, spam or misleading health content. Use report and block controls. Reports may cause temporary hiding and review; we may remove content or restrict accounts proportionately. Ask support@nutreps.com for an explanation or appeal. Do not post another person’s private or health information.

Fair use and prohibited conduct

Do not bypass quotas or access controls, attack or overload services, scrape private records, manipulate rewards or purchases, or use automated abuse. Device attestation helps protect the service. These restrictions do not remove rights to interoperability or security research granted by applicable law. Report vulnerabilities privately to privacy@nutreps.com.

Suspension, termination and appeal

You may stop using Nutreps and delete your account. We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations, security threats or legal duties; give reasons and notice where feasible and lawful. For urgent safety reasons action may be immediate. Contact support@nutreps.com to appeal. Where access permits, export your records before closure. Consumer refund rights remain applicable.

Availability, service changes and notices

We work to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free estimates. We may change features for security, legal or operational reasons. Material changes to paid services or terms will receive appropriate notice and any remedies required by law. Continuing use alone is not a replacement for a new consent that law requires. A discontinued feature will not silently become permission for a new data purpose.

Intellectual property

Nutreps software, branding and original materials belong to their rights holders. Your right to use the app does not transfer ownership. Open-source, food-data and third-party asset licences remain applicable. Do not copy or distribute protected material beyond permissions granted by law or licence.

Liability and non-excludable consumer rights

To the extent allowed by applicable law, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of estimates or be responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on them. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. No store disclaimer transfers all of Nutreps’ responsibilities to Apple or Google.

Governing law, disputes and contact

The operator’s jurisdiction and governing-law clause are not yet final. Mandatory protections in your country and competent consumer forums remain available; this draft does not impose an unselected jurisdiction or compulsory arbitration. Contact support@nutreps.com first to seek a resolution.
